The Sherins Tackle Ticks

Tim and Gale Sherin moved to our community in 2017. Tim can often be seen driving his shiny John Deere.

When they needed to cut down trees and chip the wood, ticks were flying every which way and the Sherins’ were covered in them. For Gale it was a deal breaker - they COULD NOT move to Kingsburg because of the ticks!

Ticked right off, Gale researched tick sprays and discovered a concoction they have found to be an excellent deterrent from pesky ticks. It doesn’t come with a guarantee but they have found it has kept ticks at bay. (NOT be used on pets.)

Sherin Famous Tick Spray
1 cup water + 2 cups vinegar + 20 drops eucalyptus oil.
Mix together in a spray bottle. Spray yourself twice a day.
