Nomination Committee 

The objective of the KCA Nomination Committee is to seek and nominate members to the Board of Directors.

The Board has a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 directors who are elected for two-year terms.

The KCA’s goal is to have representation on the Board from the different geographic areas of the community at all times, to the extent possible.
