Let It Snow!

JANUARY 20, 2023
It’s been a decidedly slow start to winter for much of Nova Scotia with just six centimetres of snow recorded at Halifax airport, 13 cm at Yarmouth and 54 cm at Greenwood.

But but that came to an end today in Kingsburg and most of Nova Scotia with the arrival of a daylong snowfall.

This brings to a close the the longest and warmest stretch of autumn on record.

Alas, all good things must come to an end and while some of us bemoan dusting off our shovels, others have had their vision of snowy landscapes fulfilled.
