Coastal Roots Greenhouse & Garden Tour

One of the KCA’s objectives is to provide opportunities for social interaction and fellowship among residents of the community. More than a dozen members joined the tour of Coastal Roots Greenhouse & Garden in Upper Kingsburg, as organized by the Membership and Engagement Committee. Owner Sarah Mossman provided a tour of the greenhouses focusing on plants best suited for the Kingsburg environment and wildlife, and answered general gardening questions. 

The event was a delightful opportunity to meet our gardening enthusiast neighbours and support a local business. It was wonderful to see participants leave with annuals, perennials and colourful baskets.
