Have You Seen These Strange Looking Beach Balls?

Take a visit to Hirtle's Beach and you may see these weird looking spheres that could be mistaken for dryer balls. 

They are in fact balls made of Posidonia Oceanica a type of seagrass found on the ocean floor.  Also known as Neptune Balls, they appear to help combat marine plastics.
